Ok, well, since noone actually reads this shit I write, I'll tell you...christmas is once again a ***** wash for me...but, with luck and the love of god, I live in New Orleans...and well, Jan. 6th is just a hop, skip, and a er..hair away...and we all know what that means don't we!!!
Ok, you probably don't, but if you want to know you can email me, but every year it reminds me that my birthday is during Mardi Gras...

In the past, on occasion I would post a blog on MySpace. Losing interest in MySpace, as well as most of the computer community, I've decided that if I'm going to blog at all, I'll blog where and when I want..namely here on ebo.net.
I guess I'm at a jucture in my life where my privacy is becoming paramount, but at the same time, actions currently being taken by other parties require that I need to document my daily activities to protect my interests. What a pain in the ass! Though the majority of my posts will be viewable by the public, only registered users will have access to some sections.
Life seems to be difficult enough than to have to deal with outside forces that one cannot control, but I've walked with faith for the last several years, and though I have very little, I have what I require to survive. I have to believe that my faith will continue to carry me through a happier future than my recent past has proven to be...

Happy Lundi Gras, if I get any interesting pictures I'll post them.
Missed Dreux, everyone bailed and I didn't want to pay for cab fare...just don't have any reliable pothead friends left since you left...
No worries though, spent all day yesterday parading, came home for the super bowl....when Eli won, my entire neighborhood went wild...you could hear people hooping and hollerin' until 2AM...laf...the night before, parades ran until about 2AM....I didn't go for Saturday though, Endymion was back in Mid City, and I could have gone over on Orleans...they had 5 shootings Saturday...I don't remember a Mardi gras where they had shootings at the majority of the parades, but this year looks like it's going to be that way...
 Tonight, Orpheus!!! WOO HOO..this is one of my favorites, have the fold up chairs, the 12 pack, the mini ice chest for tonight. Only in New Orleans could the Grand Marshal of Orpheus be Sidney Torres, a garbage man. Only in New Orleans can a garbage man be held in such esteem. If you aren't familiar with Sidney, he owns SDT, Inc. He cleans up New Orleans for a living...went from rags to riches after Katrina. The picture is broken, but they have some back ground CLICK HERE. They also call him Trashanova.
The full ice chest, and guests to provide liquid entertainment<GRIN>. I'm going to try my luck in wrapping a blunt...I have never rolled one, but I smoked one with )CENSORED( last week that was grape flavored and it was very enjoyable. I will attempt to smoke that during the parade tomorrow, but the presence of the POPO is pretty through.
Have a Happy Mardi Gras, and if you get bored tomorrow, give me a call, I'm sure to be intoxicated enough to entertain you for a minute or ONE!!!

Everyone remembers a few months back when New Orleans was descended upon by well meaning upper middle class activists, fighting for the former residents of New Orleans' notorious projects. Well the activists are gone now, and HANO has begun the demolition. This is far past due considering that when these buildings were built, a fireplace was state of the art in home heating.
